Family Reunion 2010

It was a "pirates life" for the kids at this year's family reunion. It goes with saying that we all had a great time and ate too much!

Pink!

We have new addition to our family! Lauren built her very own stuffed animal at Build a Bear Workshop. She used her birthday gift card from Christian to create her new friend, Pink.

First, we picked out an unstuffed animal. Lauren chose a cute brown bunny even thought Daddy and I were pushing the very cool unstuffed Mr. Met!
We gave it to the lady at the stuffer...
Lauren chose a heart to put inside her bunny.

Then we put the bunny on the machine, stepped on the pedal and stuffed it full!

The bunny got a "bath." This was Lauren's favorite part, she gave Pink 2 baths.

We picked out an outfit for her. Lauren chose a pink Princess t-shirt, white capris, and some cool sparkly sandals...just like hers!

We made her a birth certificate and Lauren named her Pink.

Captain for the Day

Our first sail of the summer was a hot one! Lauren lathered up in sunscreen, put on her favorite "zoo hat", some shades and her cool new life jacket.

Lauren's First Night Game...Fireworks Night!

Fireworks night is my favorite game of the year! We took Lauren to see the fireworks and enjoy her first night game. She did surprisingly well! She was interested in what was going on and really stayed in our seats the whole time!
