Lauren had her first big airplane trip this year when we all hopped on a plane to Ireland. We stayed 2 days in Dublin and then drove a few hours ("cross country") to Killarney for a week. Craig, Lauren and I joined Grandma and Grandpa and some of their closest friends on an adventure. We had the greatest time, saw and learned a lot, although if you ask Lauren we only saw sheep and castles. Lauren did great on her first airplane trip and was very well behaved. I would take her anywhere.

When we arrived in Killarney we got to go to a farm nearby. Lauren enjoyed the animals and the swing!
She loved the horses.

I'm sure the hike through the Gap of Dumloe will stand out for Craig and I since we had to carry, yes carry, Lauren the entire 7.5 miles up and down the mountain!
Finally on the boat at the end of the hike, Lauren was so exhausted she fell asleep on the boat in the rain, still not sure why she was so tired.
A little soccer before dinner one afternoon.
